Informational use only
VerifyBeforeHire.com is a public-information tool. It helps you look up Arizona contractor license records from a dated ROC posting-list snapshot.
This is not legal advice. This is not a government website. We are not the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or any other licensing board. We do not issue, suspend, or reinstate licenses.
Confirm on the official ROC search
Always confirm the license on roc.az.gov or the official ROC contractor search before you hire or pay. Our snapshot can lag. Active here is not the same as active on the government record.
If the two disagree, use the ROC.
Active is not a warranty
Active means the dated snapshot does not show expired or suspended. It is not a promise of good work. It is not proof of insurance. It is not a bond guarantee. Check insurance, references, and the written scope yourself.
Search ranking is not for sale
We do not accept payment to reorder license search results. When ads or sponsored links appear, they are labeled Advertisement or Sponsored. They sit after the license answer.
The site is provided as-is
We offer this lookup for free, as-is. We do not warrant that the snapshot is complete, current, or free of errors.
If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited. We are not on the hook for who you hire, deposits you pay, or how the job turns out. Confirm on the official board before you act. This is a free public-info tool, not a paid professional service.
Acceptable use
Use the site like a normal visitor. Do not hammer it with scrapers or bots that knock the service over. Do not pretend this site is the Arizona ROC or any government office. Do not use it to impersonate a licensing board.
